In addition to yesterday's update, we have further enhanced our export functionality.

You can now select from over 15 different columns when exporting product information through alerts. This customization allows for comprehensive internal data processing and analysis.

It also enables you to exclude any sensitive or unnecessary data when sharing these exports with external parties, such as suppliers. By doing so, you maintain full control over the information you distribute, ensuring confidentiality and relevance in your communications.

Imagine you're tracking a seasonal competitor that only impacts your sales during certain times of the year. With our new Competitor Freeze, you can temporarily halt repricing activities for this competitor when they're out of season. This allows you to focus on more relevant competitors without losing the data and settings you've configured or adjusting all of your repricing rules!

How to use the competitor freeze feature:

To use this feature, simply go to https://backend.priceparrot.io/competitors and hover over the option icon next to the competitor you would like to freeze. It's the option between 'view statistics' and 'website'.

The competitor statuses:

• Active: The competitor is currently being monitored and repriced dynamically. All pricing updates and adjustments are actively applied.
• Paused: The competitor is temporarily inactive. Repricing activities for this competitor are on hold, but all data and settings remain saved for when you choose to resume.
• Unavailable: The competitor's data is currently not accessible. This could be due to their website being down or other temporary issues. Price scraping will resume once the competitor is available again.

Upgrade to price position column for better insights

We've also enhanced the price position column to provide clearer, more direct insights into your competitors' pricing. Easily compare your price position at a glance. See the lowest, equal, and highest prices side by side, allowing you to quickly assess and strategize your market stance.

• Alerts can be triggered up to six times a day at times you choose, giving you flexible and timely updates tailored to your schedule.
• Choose to receive updates on competitor price changes, price/stock changes, stock changes, price violations, or price drops.
• You can configure each alert to send notifications to up to three email addresses, complete with a custom subject and personalized email body.
